Axis Injury Management is a locally-owned and operated workplace rehabilitation provider. 

They take a start-to-end approach to workplace rehabilitation, encompassing medical management, psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation. They are committed to delivering independent, professional and personable services to assist injured workers to return to suitable work after injury. 

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated professional in the early stages of their career who specifically wants to pursue a career in administration to support our team. This role has important responsibilities in managing incoming and outgoing communications for the company. It is an integral role in upholding Axis Injury Management’s client-focused professional service and reputation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage a high-volume email inbox and prioritise tasks appropriately; 
  • Coordinate the booking of internal and external rooms for consultants and clients and ensure that invitations are sent in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Maintain accurate data entry into our case management system;
  • Ensure accurate registration of incoming referrals on our case management system;
  • Provide a warm and welcoming first impression and deliver great client service that goes above and beyond!

About you

The ideal candidate is someone that displays the following attributes that will enable you to succeed in this role: 

  • Being someone that is eager to learn and motivated to develop as an administration professional;
  • Be presentable, punctual and reliable;
  • Display proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook and Word ;
  • Someone that considers themselves to have a high level of emotional intelligence and genuine empathy for people;
  • An outstanding communicator who has a natural ability to engage and build relationships with people is essential;
  • Have an eye for detail and passion for getting it right!
