We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic team and grow with us.

Job Description:

As an Apprentice Chef, you will work under the guidance of our experienced culinary team, learning and honing your skills in various aspects of kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment. You will assist in preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Learn and apply various cooking techniques and skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Support the team in various kitchen tasks as needed, including plating, garnishing, and inventory management.
• Participate in training sessions and kitchen meetings to enhance culinary knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (all kitchen staff get at least one weekend day off weekly).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of a culinary school program (preferred but not required)
