Topic: Ava Research is seeking participants for F2F (Greater Sydney or Shoalhaven/Illawarra region) and online interviews (all other locations) via Zoom to discuss your experience using online government services such as ATO, Centrelink, National Disability Insurance Scheme etc, and various forms of authentication to access these services.
Target: Aged between 18-80 years, and who access government services online frequently
Duration: 90 minutes
Date: Between 31st May and 10th June
Incentive: $100
