HR Internship null

This role aims to assist in managing all HR admin and operations activity in the business. The role also focuses on supporting the People Partner in contributing towards delivering People Strategy Work and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Coordinating all new starter HR Operations Activity (Employment Contracts, Onboarding, Welcome Packs) 
• Coordinate all HR Compliance Activity (VEVO Checks, WWCC, Mandatory Certifications, Policy Acknowledgement)
• Managing Employee Files and coordinating all Employment changes on Employment Hero, including Letters and Communications 
• First point of contact for HRIS Help (Providing advice on how to locate things on EH, Assisting with access issues, Assisting with necessary reports)
• Owning the creation of relevant reports to various stakeholders. Example – Monthly New Starter and Changes Report to Payroll.
• Assisting with TA administrative activity on Employment Hero when necessary
• Assist the People & Culture Manager with People Strategy Projects
