Assistant Events & Conference Manager null

As an Assistant Conference & Events Operations Manager, you will be proudly working with the events manager to facilitate the day-to-day operations of our department leading the team in service delivery. Reporting to & being mentored by our supportive Director of Food & Beverage, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and empowering our Supervisors, Team Leaders and Attendants to deliver magnifique service.
• Recruiting and training the team to excel within the luxury brand.
• Familiarising yourself with exclusive events and guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
• Liaising and collaborating with departments across the Hotel to ensure an event like no other.
• Preparing accounts to ensure accurate charges are posted on a timely basis and ensuring revenue is accounted for.
• Driving team engagement.
• Setting up and maintaining systems to protect control of service equipment and stock.
• Delivering on profit margins using creative rostering.
