Due to continued growth across our APAC Africa region, we are currently looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team based in Brisbane.
About the role
- Ausenco’s New Professionals Program is a comprehensive structured Graduate program focused on building technical & commercial skills through on-the-job training, working along-side experienced professionals, rotations through multiple business lines and exposure to industry thought leaders.
- This is an excellent chance to gain an array of interesting Project experience ranging from small conceptual studies for new developments through to the construction of large-scale minerals processing facilities.
- You will gain exposure to learn off a wide range of specialists in the Study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Program management, Safety, Commissioning and operations of projects.
- Opportunity to work with solid systems and practices to set you up for success.
- As a member of the Civil team, you’ll be encouraged to embrace challenges and discover innovative solutions for each project.
- This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high performing Engineering team with established mentors that are critical to the success of our people and projects.
About You
You will have recently completed tertiary study in Civil Engineering as well as
- Be an excellent communicator with a passion for continuous learning and development
- Demonstrate Vacation work/Internship or any previous experience to Engineering – Advantageous but not a must
- Be Adaptable in order to rotate over the tenure of your graduate experience.
- Commitment and enthusiasm for continued learning
