All of my managers have been readily accessible and easy to talk to. while they each have their own internal communication styles, all have provided me with useful feedback and encouragement.

My supervisors have been great mentors to me. everyone i have worked with has made time to teach me and help me to develop my skills. i am given lots of feedback, if not directly, then by being copied into an email where amendments have been made to my work.

All supervising lawyers and partners are very approachable and interested in developing your skills. both my supervising lawyer and partner in particular each take the time to provide feedback on my work where they can and always pass on recognition where appropriate.

Yes, my current partners are fantastic, as are a number in other teams. but they are often too busy to give constant feedback. it tends to only come when things are quiet and they have time.

I do not get a lot of feedback. i think i would benefit from a lot more feedback although i am conscious that everyone in my team is very busy. daniel tracey is not my supervisor but i look up to him as a mentor.

Partners have varying levels of accessibility depending on the person, but internal communication generally is quite clear and frequent. graduate performance feedback is structured and given clearly every 6 months.

Yes, i have two great managers in the team i working with currently. they are open and encouraging. sometimes feedback is hard to come by, but if you ask they will make the effort.

My direct managers are very approachable and offer insightful advice on matters extending beyond work. they have a great sense of humour and value everyone's input equally. as a junior, i feel my voice is just as heard as the most senior members of the team.

The partners are incredibly approachable and have great interest in their junior staff and mentoring them. same for the senior associates and counsel. they have spent so much time teaching me background law and facts so i can be as involved as possible.
