The company is top down culture. some teams display this better than others. the management and board of the company do an exceptional job in being a market leader and create long lasting client driven relationships.

All of my managers have been readily accessible and easy to talk to. while they each have their own internal communication styles, all have provided me with useful feedback and encouragement.

The partners are incredibly approachable and have great interest in their junior staff and mentoring them. same for the senior associates and counsel. they have spent so much time teaching me background law and facts so i can be as involved as possible.
