My work varies depending on the team i'm in and the people i'm working for. i write advice, support litigation, draft sections of agreements and prepare business development work.

As a graduate i am able to assist on a range of interesting matters and tasks to support senior lawyers

A diverse range of roles and responsibilities - everything from drafting letters, to transactional documents, to contacting clients / experts, drafting advices, research etc.

Mostly drafting and research for senior lawyer approval.

Drafting, reviewing and preparing documents. client calls, team meetings and minutes, preparing signing instructions. once you have settled into a team more responsibility will come.

Drafting documents, correspondence, research.

I am graduate with the firm so am involved with any tasks that seniors hand to me.

I have the opportunity to work on high profile matters / projects, where i have a significant degree of responsibility, which is quite satisfying

I complete a range of tasks as part of my role. these vary in complexity and length of time it takes to complete. i feel as though i am trusted to complete these different tasks and my contribution is valued.

As a graduate my day-to-day responsibilities change frequently

As a graduate my responsibilities day-to-day vary. currently, in the projects team, i do a lot of contract reviews, drafting of agreements, proof-reading, consideration of departures from contracts and presentation drafting.

I get challenging and interesting work every day. i have the opportunity to work closely with clients and have a go at drafting contracts and advices.

I draft basic finance documents and monitor the progress of deals and syndications.

Drafting advice, contract reviews and file management

Client management (including contact), document review, document redrafting, internal and external meetings, legal research

I work on a large variety of matters and do a lot of different tasks. for instance, i draft advices, investigation reports, conduct research, draft court documents and work on expertise items.

Graduate - collaborate with and provide assistance to associates or partners in a transaction

Reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending to document management processes

Most of the time i enjoy the work, but sometimes i would like more of a consistent workflow and not have to ask.

There is some degree of autonomy in tasks; however, at the junior level, tasks that are delegated to you are often more administrative in nature.
