ASC’s Graduate Program is a unique opportunity and a highly regarded introduction to working in the defence industry posing a meaningful and exciting career path. We are seeking People and Culture Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.

The program will commence in February 2024. This is a structured 2-year program located at our sites in Osborne, South Australia or Henderson, Western Australia in the following:

Eligibility

The successful candidate must provide a current National Police Clearance and be eligible for an Australian Defence Security Clearance, which requires Australian citizenship.
