About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Human Resource Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.

This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2025. Located in Osborne, South Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;

• Commence their HR career with a leading defence organisation.
• Play a key part in the recruitment for ASC’s Apprentice, Graduate and Undergraduate campaigns.
• Attend and provide administration support for Career Expos with high schools, tertiary learning institutes and industry peak bodies (some interstate travel may be required).
• Develop high level engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to execute on our program delivery strategies.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
