About Us
Artarmon Fine Dental, are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team. Must be available Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are a passionate and patient-centred practice, that seek a long-term work relationship with the right candidate.

The role is responsible for

• Providing Seven Stars customer service
• Meet and greet
• Able to convince patients of the importance of oral health and hence secure a new patient appointment
• Oversees general day-to-day operation
• Assist with Stock Ordering/Restocking
• Manage payments eg, credit cards, DVA, MC, Afterpay, Direct Debits
• Proficiency in Dental Practice Software, Dental4Window is ideal however, we are happy to provide training
• Managing Recall system
• Able to multi-tasks eg email, front desk, calls, SMS, online bookings
• Experience in Dental Assisting and Infection Control is desired but not essential
• Ensuring procedures are follow-through correctly
• Ability to work autonomously

About You
You are an experienced Dental Receptionist with at least one-year of full-time experience. You will need to have

• Practice Manager Certificate is advantageous
