Job Description

This position, with hybrid working from our Melbourne office, will be split between two areas of our Global & Corporate business, supporting our Victorian State Director with a variety of support tasks relating to our existing Client Management team, and our National Director, Growth and Sales Strategies with a range of ongoing projects and sales/research activities.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our Regional Directors, Directors, and other colleagues with various team engagement and client activities
  • Providing administration support, arranging meetings and assisting with a variety of team/client activities
  • Assisting the Growth and Sales colleagues in building an active sales pipeline, undertaking research and providing data analytical support
  • Helping to develop, and create, various documents and presentations relating to internal meetings as well as client / prospective client material
  • Assisting with various ad hoc project tasks
  • Overseeing best practice processes and helping develop new initiatives

About you

We are looking for someone who would enjoy a split role, working with multiple stakeholders across the business whilst being an integral part of our Global & Corporate business and ideally have the following skills and experiences;

  • Comparable background in administration or a team support role working on a range of projects, processes, or client activities  
  • Highly organised person who can comfortably manage their own time, work independently and with broader teams
  • A solutions-focused approach in a high profile client area, with an ability to ‘think outside of the box
  • Strong IT skills, able to assist with a wide range of documents/presentations in various formats
