The Payment Operations capability has been developed to create specialised skill sets to improve how they interact with their clients and insurers and drive greater cash flow, process consistency, scale and standardisation. They are a regional team across Asia-Pacific, dedicated to operational procedures and support of key activities which focus on the collection and distribution of premiums and revenue.
The Payment Operations Specialist will work and support the Settlements Manager on day-to-day insurer settlement tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

AON Australia has two, fixed-term, 12-month contracts available for self-motivated, hard-working individuals. This role can be based in Sydney CBD or Paramatta. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from their Aon office.
