Your role

This role sits within our Operational Effectiveness team, aimed at providing best-in-class support for our Outsourcing partner with a focus on process efficiency and service excellence. You will be tasked with a variety of administration responsibilities including system management, reporting, preparation of draft documents and monitoring SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain employee profiles (onboarding and offboarding) in WorkDay and associated activities
  • Monitor processes to ensure Service Level Agreements and Contractual obligations are being met by our outsourcing partner (Genpact)
  • Support the Head of Outsourcing and Transitions Asia Pacific, in delivering and executing projects with a focus on process efficiency and service excellence
  • Coordinate and maintain project plans
  • Set up meetings with stakeholders and working groups, attend meetings and take minutes
  • Prepare PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents
  • Identify and streamline the administrative process for Genpact

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about an insurance career, have strong administration and customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will relate to the following: 

  • Strong administration and customer service skills and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • System savvy and able to follow processes using multiple systems
  • Qualification in Financial Services (highly regarded)
  • Some experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
  • Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
  • Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
  • Sound communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Interest in professional development through ongoing training
