Your role

This opportunity sits within their Aon Client Services division which ensures their clients receive high-quality service and information and supports their client-facing teams. You will work with awesome people and be supported to build your skills and confidence. You will be contributing to positive client outcomes every day. On any given day you will: 

  • Interact with Insurers and external partners to improve client servicing 
  • Interact with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings 
  • Demonstrate a proven understanding of key products and coverage in policy wordings and be able to explain these to clients and colleagues 
  • Actively participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including internal strategy meetings, drafting quotations and placing slips, and crafting renewal reports 
  • Preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies 
  • Receive client requests and support different clients, colleagues and business areas 
  • Complete client reporting and documentation 
  • Understanding client financials and assisting with credit control

About you

This role will suit someone who works well within a team environment, can manage their workload, is a self-starter and is highly client focused.

  • Willingness to complete RG146 Tier 1 insurance broking 
  • This role could suit a graduate or someone with customer service or administration experience 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to meet timelines 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • A willingness to learn  
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
