To qualify for Launch, you must have graduated by the end of 2024 with a credit or above average and have either Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

During your 18-month Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit. The program also offers study assistance and structured professional development sessions.
