Your role

The graduate Technology stream will expose a wide range of what they offer in Information Technology (IT), including Security, Software Development, Infrastructure Services, User Support and Service Management – all of which are essential to Aon operations as they grow.

Training & development

During your 18-month Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a Grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit. The program also offers study assistance and structured professional development sessions.
