Your role

AON's graduate program, ‘Launch,’ offers an inclusive, relationship-oriented environment where you will be exposed to a wide range of what they offer across Commercial Consulting and Business Advisory, Reinsurance, and IT/Technology.

During your two-year Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a Grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.

Training, development & rotations

The program also offers study assistance, structured professional development sessions and upon successful completion of their program, they will work together to find you a permanent landing role within AON.
