Your role

There are a number of exciting opportunities for career progression within the Talent Analytics Business - Human Capital. Aon is in the business of better decisions and their Talent Analytics team helps clients make better decisions based on the insights, advice and productised data solutions that they provide.

As a Consultant, you will work within the team to provide specialist advice along with high-quality data products and value-added services to their client portfolio, with a particular focus on client experience and retention. 

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the Aon offices. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the optimal client experience and value for Aon clients:

  • Providing quality advice utilising our data, platforms and insight capabilities
  • Problem-solve with clients through your specialist knowledge
  • New Client & User Onboarding
  • Ensure Client Data obligations are met and accurate.
  • Continuously educate clients as new data, product features and system improvements are released.
  • Help clients get maximum value from their subscription and relationship with Aon through best practice

Responsible for commercial success for Aon:

  • The retention of your client portfolio while also assisting with strategic plans in partnership with the Industry Engagement team.
  • Understanding client segment trends and articulating the story behind the data into actionable insights.
  • Integrating your evolving specialist knowledge into product management and development where relevant.
  • Delivery of bespoke Talent Advisory Consulting and client projects comprise approximately 20% of the role.

Part of a dynamic team:

  • Work with a range of local and regional colleagues in Analytics and Insights, Industry Engagement, Sales and Consulting teams.
  • Collaborate with global Customer Success, Client Services and Data Operations teams as you oversee Client Management and Support.
  • Participate in the provision of feedback and collaborate with industry and global product leaders to improve Product Coverage / Content.

About you

AON is flexible on working backgrounds, whilst looking for someone with a helpful and client led approach, able to work with multiple stakeholders and guide clients through processes, for context they are interested in:

Requirements

  • Consulting, Finance or HR background with experience in Remuneration / Benefits / Reward.
  • Experiences in a client relationship position, with interest in developing new client relationships and your brand within the industry.
  • You will be highly analytical with sound project management and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a varied role.
  • Also open to earlier career graduates with capability in data analytics: excel, data visualisation tools eg PowerBi.
