Your role

If you are looking for a fast-paced role with lots of variety, this could be your new career opportunity in the financial services industry!

This role is responsible for various client payment support tasks, including general finance tasks, accounts receivables, payment allocations, finance options for clients and stakeholder engagement.

What your day will look like

  • Accounts Receivable support, collections and reducing days outstanding for debtors
  • Reconciling and allocating payments
  • Providing finance options for clients
  • Payment follow-ups and managing debtors
  • Payment investigations
  • Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales across all Aon Australia segments
  • Providing high-level customer service and administration support to stakeholders
  • Responding to queries from brokers and funders, pertaining to client issues, defaults and cancellations
  • Ensuring all contracts and incoming funds are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Weekly & monthly reporting

About you

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be comfortable adapting to change and thinking on your feet.

This position will suit candidates who have recently graduated, are in their final year of university, or those who have some experience in the financial services/insurance industry.
