Your role

They are seeking a motivated person to join Aon’s First Assist team which plays a pivotal role in supporting the National Claims Team. First Assist triage to the complex National Claims Team with certain risk classes for end-to-end claims management, while attending to the balance of notifications for management between the Insured and the Insurer.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • First Assist triage to the insurer certain risk classes for management between the Insured and the Insurer
  • First Assist triage to the National claims team with all other risk classes for end-to-end claims management
  • Timely lodgement of claims
  • Developing strong client relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication
  • Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global Aon network
  • Providing some advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation and claim management
  • Developing strong internal and external stakeholders’ relationships including service providers, brokers, and underwriters
  • Accurate claims reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

  • A strong customer service focus
  • Strong time management skills.  Ensuring adherence to KPI / SLA timeframes
