Your role

If you have strong administration skills, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your insurance career through ongoing learning and progression opportunities Aon would love to hear from you.

Your day will be busy with a focus on supporting the delivery of client servicing.

Responsibilities:   

  • Working in a collaborative team environment and providing administration support to our Trade Credit Surety team (new bonds and bond extensions)
  • Support a group email inbox
  • Support the delivery of client invoicing with efficiency and high attention to detail
  • Manage the completion of checklists for each bond placement to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Communicate with clients via email (as required) to support their needs
  • Learn elements of a Trade credit policy renewal to assist other team members in peak periods

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills. This a fast-paced, high-volume role. Their ideal candidate will relate to the following: 

  • Strong administration skills and experience
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders (highly regarded)
  • Tier 1 insurance qualification (highly regarded)  
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
