 The Opportunity:

We are pleased to be hiring for a couple of new, and different level, positions within our Rewards Solutions business, where colleagues will join our Data consulting team to help deliver quality remuneration and benefit products, as well as Rewards Advisory services.

Whether as an Associate or Senior within the team, you will be involved in supporting one client, or multiple portfolios, involved in all stages of product consulting through to the delivery of quality data products.

We are looking for people who will be passionate about developing their industry knowledge as a ‘go-to person’ in our industry/ies of specialization.

Duties can include:

• Working towards specific survey projects deadlines
• Being a direct contact for clients in relation to account management and / or industry-specific trends or tactical questions - developing your ongoing industry knowledge to add client value
• Contribution to and development of strategic plans for industry-specific portfolios of survey products, in conjunction with the industry leaders working with Data Operations and Commercial team colleagues in executing the strategies.
• Managing data analysis and modeling, specifically for projects or client needs
• Presenting findings to various colleagues, consulting project teams, and clients
• Assisting in the delivery of related Advisory work requiring data analysis, interpretation, and client context in line with set delivery targets
• Conducting research to help understand the full market opportunities, client prospects and help manage any applicable sales channels
• Working with Commercial and Marketing teams to help plan campaigns to attract prospective clients

About you:

We are looking for passionate people that enjoy working with data as well as with clients, and are keen on becoming/being a product expert within the HR / Rewards / Human Capital sector. We are also looking for;

• Experiences that showcase your analytical and detail-oriented skills
• A background working with customers/clients, and wanting to develop skills in data consulting
• People who can develop simple solutions to complex problems
• Examples of presenting work to colleagues and/or clients with confidence, using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• HR, Rewards or Human Capital background would be preferred, but not required
• Relevant Degree qualifications would be preferred
