Training, development & rotations

Our Graduate program offering:

AON Australia is committed to helping its grads thrive in their career from Day 1 of their time with them. The key features of the Program will see their graduates experience:

  • Structured job rotations across the business over a two-year program, with four unique rotations selected for each graduate. They use the recruitment process to hone in on your strengths and interests.
  • Structured professional development, mentoring, and coaching throughout the two-year experience.
  • A permanent home in their appointed business unit/stream. This includes a dedicated manager to assist graduates with their pivotal on-the-job learning as well as a buddy to partner with on the journey.
