Service Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available for a hardworking and driven Service Executive to join our growing Trade Credit team. In this role you will be providing day-to-day client servicing and supporting a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

What the day will look like

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in providing service to clients. You will be responsible for:  

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and experience to clients
  • Working with Client Executive and Client Managers in delivering solutions and insurance programs
  • Supporting end-to-end renewal process for commercial and corporate clients
  • Collaborating with, and supporting, senior brokers to support the servicing of a corporate client portfolio
  • Working with clients in person and via email/phone, to support a variety of their insurance needs
  • Building underwriter relationships, various projects, new client proposals, and taking part in multiple learning courses/networking opportunities

Skills and experience that will lead to success

This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter who possesses strong customer service skills. Additionally, you will have the following:

  • Experience supporting senior brokers with their client accounts is preferable, however not essential
  • Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
  • Strong communication skills with a curiosity about helping clients/colleagues
  • Proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environment
  • An innovative and collaborative approach with a team player mentality
  • Approach development with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
