Your role

You will be working in a corporate environment within a consultative and commercial role. You will be a key member of Aon's growing Sydney team, managing new and existing client relationships and projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Being an assessment subject matter expert and positioning the value of psychometric assessment, structured interviewing, and psychology services
  • Providing support and advising on online assessment solutions and technologies used for recruitment and development processes
  • Consulting with customers and prospects to identify needs, scope and implement appropriate assessment solutions
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and supporting trade fair appearances.

About you

This position will suit someone with outstanding communication and presentation skills. Suitable people will also have: 

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business with a focus on human resources or comparable.
  • A Master in Organisational Psychology qualification would be preferred
  • Registration as an Australian Psychologist would be preferred
  • A great passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • An avid interest in designing and facilitating tailored training, development, and stakeholder education sessions
  • A strong background in or robust knowledge of the application of psychometric assessment and/or structured interviews
  • A high affinity for digital solutions and good knowledge of MS Office
  • A structured and analytical way of thinking and working
