Our Environmental Programme
The AGAA Environmental Graduate Programme provides a broad understanding of the mine site operations and the environmental support functions required to meet the compliance obligations of each site.
It is a two-year, structured programme based on best practices within the Environmental discipline and provides the opportunity for a permanent career. Opportunities are available to work at both our open pit and underground operations. Our Graduate Programme is underpinned by a tailored competency framework that matches your career interests and aligns them with real work and business opportunities. As a graduate, you develop your technical capability whilst also developing as a leader through professional training.
Graduates are based at one of our two Australian operations. These opportunities are FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie.
About you:
- On a path to complete or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of this year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and open minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem solving
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Australian working rights
- A valid Australian manual driver's license
