Position Objective
Assist the Finance Team to ensure that monthly financial reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner for decision makers and stakeholders within Allambi Care
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of all organisational bank accounts
- Prepare bulk upload files of large supplier invoice data
- Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and collation of other financial and statistical information as required, including completion of surveys
- Perform such other duties as assigned from senior Finance Department staff.
- Provide relief for other finance roles, as required.
- Ensure all AC policies and procedures are followed at all times and any changes are adhered to
- Liaise with all internal departments and all positions within AC, as required
- Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to and understood in terms of financial practices
