About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Electronics Production Worker to join our experienced production team. The role requires good hand soldering skills, especially for working with surface mount components. A general aptitude towards electronics and mechanical assemblies will also be helpful.

We are open to candidates who would like to work casual, part-time or full-time. Standard workdays are Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities 

• Hand soldering of Surface Mount and Through-Hole PCB assemblies
• Hand rework of PCB assemblies using soldering irons, hot air guns, etc
• Inspection of PCB assemblies
• Assembly and quality inspection of PCBs
• Mechanical assembly
• Adhere to All-Systems' Quality Management System, WHS regulations, and other policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• High-quality hand soldering and rework skills
• Basic understanding of electronic components and principles
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated
• Understand good manufacturing practice

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Current IPC-A-610 certification
• Cert 3 in Electronics & Communication or other related TAFE study
• General production and assembly line experience
