Your role

ALDI's National Payroll (Projects) team is growing! A new and exciting opportunity for a Project Officer (Payroll) has become available within their Systems and Analytics team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role will be providing hands-on support in the transition of ALDI’s time and attendance system.

What does the role look like?  

  • Stakeholder in the implementation of a new Time and Attendance system
  • Creating new process documentation for end users
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide support for the change management strategies and plans to maximise the adoption and usage of the new system
  • Understanding the business requirements and design documents to identify testing scenarios
  • Support the Payroll Team with day-to-day tasks where required

About you

What do they need from you?

  • Exposure to systems testing and validation in payroll systems is desirable
  • Experience with Kronos and system implementation is desirable
  • Chris 21/iChris experience desirable
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with internal teams to support testing and system updates
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes
  • Sound judgment, critical analysis and problem-solving skills
