Your role

You will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and broader Digital Marketing Team in maintaining and developing successful digital marketing activities such as supporting online campaigns, website management administration, online content development, assisting in SEO, and weekly EDM creation and coordination. 

  • Assist wider Digital team in the coordination and implementation of digital campaigns & projects within deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital alignment with business initiatives
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective content and assets for all digital platforms including the ALDI Careers website
  • Support the Digital Team in supporting SEO performance
  • Assist in creating and disseminating effective EDMs
  • Work with Digital Team to review digital activation success through digital analytics
  • Support in tracking project goals to help identify risks in collaboration with the Manager and Digital Team
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information

This role reports to the Executive Manager - Digital Marketing.

About you

Role requirements:

  • 1-year of experience within a Marketing role - Recent Marketing Graduates welcome!
  • Preliminary understanding of SEO, digital analytics, EDMs, and website management
  • Ability to liaise with digital and creative agencies
  • Ability to support in managing digital platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of social content development
  • Ability to scope, plan, and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a process-driven mindset
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
