Your role

Air Liquide wants to set you up for success and to become their next future leader. They are seeking a highly motivated, team-focused, career-driven Business Graduate to join the Graduate Program in 2025.

As a Graduate in the Business/Commercial stream, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of hands-on projects to gain experience, including:

  • Work with leaders and technical specialists to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety and quality activities
  • Involvement in productivity and continuous improvement projects
  • Enhance your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team
  • Learn about the customers and their importance to their business through exposure to the customer-facing operations teams
  • Prepare and review documents required by the Company, local regulatory, corporate safety and industrial standards
  • Assist on a number of transverse topics and initiatives that are of common interest to the departments within the group/cluster/hub entity
  • Opportunity to be in charge of some ad hoc studies and monitor the progress achieved by the different transformation programs that are underway in the organisation
  • Liaise with different teams/departments/entities to standardise and harmonise process and operating model

To be eligible to apply for the Graduate Program, you will:

  • Have valid work rights
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Business degree in the last three years (i.e. 2022, 2023) or be due to complete by December 2024
  • Be available to commence full-time employment from January 2025

Training, development & rotations

The program will include rotations within core business units over 12 months to challenge your thinking, provide insights into complex projects, and build your understanding of what they do. Throughout the 12 months, significant development will be offered and provided in areas of your interest.
