Your role

If you accept an offer to join the summer intern program at AIG, a 10-week program, you’ll gain tangible, hands-on experience and insight into their business operations. After attending orientation and training, you’ll join one of AIG's lines of business where you’ll be given real projects, with equal opportunity for challenges and achievement. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time job after graduation.

Joining AIG as a summer intern or full-time analyst is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into their industry. Interns work closely with mentors and colleagues who challenge them with meaningful, business-critical projects. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you are exposed to other business areas within AIG to gain a broader knowledge of what they do. During the summer, AIG will assess your fit within the organization and your potential contribution as a full-time analyst. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to consider AIG as part of your future career plans.
