Your role

Full-time analysts participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to develop, support, assess, and accelerate their Early Careers talent.  Beginning with the Academy Induction Summit, analysts receive an immersive welcome experience accelerating their transition to AIG through exposure to executives, skill development workshops, and cohort connections.  After the Summit, analysts continue to progress during the “First 100 Days,” which is critical to setting the foundation of knowledge, skills, and behaviours that support success at AIG.

Further, into the two-year Academy program, analysts attend additional summit events to continue to advance their knowledge and skill set. Throughout the first two years, analysts utilize a learning portal that harnesses the latest in learning technology to provide tools, information, development and connection to peers throughout the learning experience.

Full-time analysts work within a business function, gaining broad exposure to your particular area of interest. In addition to on-the-job experiences, full-time analysts participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to develop, support, assess, and accelerate their Early Careers talent.
