Your role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Digital Experience and Design team where you will be responsible for designing and optimizing AIA’s digital experience ensuring that they are developing digital solutions that guarantee the customers' experience through its lifecycle is fluid and intuitive, resulting in a best in class experience for every interaction. This role will work within their AIA Health Insurance offering.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Lead and support the delivery of strategic and innovative UX and UI projects across the business
  • In collaboration with the DPO identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the business to uplift the digital experience to increase online conversions
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences and deliver optimized designs
  • Negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders to ensure their high-quality concepts are at the forefront
  • Act as an advocate for user experience across the business, increasing engagement and business understanding of the value and benefits of function
  • Gather qualitative insight to inform and apply to projects through participatory and iterative design activities such as user interviews and testing, participatory and stakeholder workshops

About you

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Design or Multimedia-related discipline
  • Expert understanding of user interface design and user experience strategy
  • Must have excellent design skills (UX and UI) and an eye for detail
  • Proven track record of maintaining partnerships, advocacy & influencing at senior levels in a fast-paced environment
