So what will you be doing in this amazing role?
- Well, you will be responsible for organising, coordinating, scheduling, and engaging the overall deployment of Carers who are engaged to work with individuals with disabilities, those recovering from an injury and/or age-related frailty.
- Further to this, you will take proactive, coordinated, and collaborative approach to ensure services are being appropriately filled with consistent and quality service delivery to clients in close consultation with Client Coordinator.
- More so, you will be point of contact for any carer related incidents, complaints, or feedback along with maintaining a log of communications made with carers and relevant stakeholders including updating shift details into the relevant electronic systems.
- And then, you will reconcile Carer timesheets to ensure they are accurate prior to being processed through payroll.
- Naturally, you will promote and build strong relationship with Carers, including maintain regular and proactive contact with Carers to check on their wellbeing and general engagement.
What are you going to bring along with you?

- Naturally, you can demonstrate your strong verbal and written communication skills
- And finally…your ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is desirable.
