So what will you be doing in this amazing role?
- Well, you will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle including advertising, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding of Support Workers.
- Further, you will work in a high-volume environment recruiting across both Disability and Aged Care Workers.
- And then, work closely with internal stakeholders and build strong partnerships with local industry alliances and educational institutions to support the ongoing recruitment activity
- Finally…you will engage with digital marketing channels and savvy new approaches for networking & hiring
What are you going to bring along with you?
- It would be great if you had a tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Minimum of one experience within a high-volume recruitment environment
- Can demonstrate your excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Showcase your ability to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- And most importantly, must have great sense of humour to join our team!
