Job Description

The Project Controls Team within AECOM’s Project & Program Management group, provide specialised support in delivering major projects for all AECOM ANZ business lines: Buildings & Places, Environment, Transportation and Water. As a Graduate Project Accountant, you will have the opportunity to gain experience working on a wide variety of major projects, across Australia.  With the support of a Senior Project Controls Analyst, you will develop skills in project cost management, forecasting, earned value progress tracking, data analysis, reporting, change management and AECOM financial systems.

Our Graduate Program

Our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. The program is spread across two years, drawing on a range of personal development activities, exposure to other graduates and business leaders, and a range of topics designed to grow your business and professional skills.

Along with local site visits, technical seminars, mentoring, and internal and external training, AECOM connects you with leading local and global networks that help you learn, grow, and develop.

Qualifications

Accounting Degree and an interest in project cost management
