Our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace.   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work safely in the field and keep other safe
  • Confident around the engagement and management of subcontractors
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving and multi-tasking and the ability to calmly work during challenges
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Taking pride in your work and the delivery of high-quality technical reports
  • Providing high quality data management using industry standard tools
  • Providing project and proposal management and support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undertaking/completion of a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
