The Challenge

As a Digital Media Program Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Adobe's digital media products and services in the dynamic and highly diverse Asia-Pacific region. You will be hands-on in supporting the strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives that support Adobe's digital media business objectives. 

The role will be focused on strategic projects that can drive customer acquisition, existing customer growth, and customer retention across all customer verticals.

To succeed in our team, you will need to be enthusiastic, curious, meticulous, detail-focused, and an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic. Candidates who display creative thinking skills, great verbal and digital communication skills and a track record of being outcome- or impact-driven will have an advantage.

The markets you will be exposed to include Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, India, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China

What you'll do

  • Support the APAC leadership team in developing insights and perform analysis across a range of areas including channel sales programs, strategic acquisition activities, retention and customer engagement projects;
  • Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing and operations roles
  • Support the execution of the channel strategy for the Digital Media business in APAC across products such as Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly. 
  • Help launch new sales/marketing initiatives in the APAC region
  • Research and identify market trends, target audiences, and competitor products to inform product positioning and strategy;
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials;
  • Analyse channel partner feedback and behaviour to recommend program improvements. Collaborate with senior managers to help refine the program strategy and roadmap based on insights;
  • Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement.

What you need to succeed

  • Graduate in 2024 in a related field: business, commerce, marketing, data science, data analytics, business analytics, IT or equivalent 
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement;
  • Ability to work 3 days per week for six months (April to Oct 2024);
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen based in Sydney;
  • Interest in business strategy, sales, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework or extracurricular activities;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with your peers and senior stakeholders;
  • Highly motivated and professional, articulate, confident and results oriented;
  • Strong numeracy skills, including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI experience well regarded;
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team;
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas or data effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels;
  • Curious self-starter who is resourceful and absorb concepts quickly;
  • Good sales/business acumen and understanding on how to leverage partners for successful outcomes.
