2022 Civil Earthworks Foreman Program - TAFE Students preferred null

The Foreman program is offered to trade Graduates and Experienced Trade Professionals. There are various streams which include: Site Foreman, Demolition Foreman, Piling Foreman, and Earthworks Foreman depending on your previous experience and future prospects.

The program includes comprehensive training and development in: plant operation - on site training, operations training, site set up and survey, read an interpret plans and specifications, QEHS, compliance, training in plant and equipment operation. The aim of the program is to equip graduates and trade professionals with the necessary skills to run site operations and deliver projects to quality and safety standards.

Successful candidates will work closely with Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers to execute a wide array of civil, demolition, and earthworks projects. This opportunity is open to experienced operators who want to develop their career and make the move to a foreman role; experienced and/or qualified trade personnel who want to progress to a foreman role; trade graduates who want exposure to the industry with a clear pathway to progress to a foreman role; trade graduates who want to become plant operators with clear pathways to a foreman role; experienced laborer's or operators who want to progress to a foreman role.

Minimum requirement:

• 1 year of site experience and valid white card or
• Completed certificate 3 in a relevant trade.
• Must be able to undertake manual laboring tasks including lifting up to 20kg.
• Operators or trainee operators should have relevant plant tickets.
• Full Australian working rights.
• NSW driver's license and reliable transport.
• For those who want to apply for a Foreman role directly the minimum requirement is 5 years of site-based experience and relevant trade tickets.
