Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a variety of administrative and general support functions across all ADG offices;
  • Distributing all telephone calls within the Sydney office and redirecting to other national practices as required;

  • Coordinating travel for office staff, maintaining meeting rooms/general office area and assisting with ad hoc administrative requests.

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

  • Similar experience in a reception role within a corporate environment;
  • Strong communication skills with a personable demeanour;
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • A high level of attention to detail;
  • A strong work ethic with the enthusiasm and desire to learn on the job;
  • High level of personal organisation;
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office;
  • Drivers Licence.

What’s in it for you?

In return for your dedication to this role, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, and a vibrant and dynamic team, along with the opportunity to develop your career with a growing and high-performing organisation. We have an active social calendar which includes social gatherings, team sports events, regular morning teas, and Friday wind-down drinks and we bring our teams together to celebrate the end of the year at our annual Christmas party. After 12 months of service, you will also be eligible for Birthday Leave! We focus on health and well-being, including fresh fruit, sporting teams, and an employee assistance program.

ADG promotes an Equal Employment Opportunity workplace.
