Cook - TAFE Students Preferred null

Adamstown Pudding Kitchen is a not-for-profit artisan gourmet food manufacturer located in Adamstown NSW. We are looking for a Fulltime Casual Cook (6-month contract) to assist in the production of our Christmas puddings, Chocolates and Jams

Kitchen experience is essential. 

The role will involve:

• Ingredient preparation for production 
• Making puddings, chocolates and jams
• Cleaning and washing up.
• Packaging and labelling of finished products.
• Serving in shop.
• Receiving and storing ingredients.

Personal Qualities:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 20kg.
• Demonstrated cooking skills and commitment to excellence.
• Team player.
• Good communicator.
• Pleasant friendly manner.
• Willing to follow direction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety or willingness to learn.
• Commitment, personal integrity and a willingness to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church.
