ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Senior Coordinator, you will implement marketing and communication strategies for Safety Champion and Action OHS Consulting, as well as combined business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Website Content Support: Assist in updating and managing website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand messaging and strategy.
  • Digital Content Production & Support: Support the creation and distribution of digital content, including blogs, social media updates, email campaigns, and videos.
  • Marketing Asset Design & Collateral Development: Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Campaign & Initiative Support: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Merchandise Branding & Management: Oversee the production and distribution of branded merchandise and manage inventory.

As the Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will work within the marketing and communications team as a brand ambassador, ensuring our Mission, Vision, and Values are integrated into all aspects of our business development, marketing, recruitment, and retention processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 1-2 years of marketing/ communications experience at a junior level advantageous, but not essential
  • Degree qualified (marketing, communications, public relations or similar).
  • Experience in supporting social media content development, digital campaigns and communications strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Experience creating content via Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (or similar) advantageous.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads with good project management skills.
  • Professional-level English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in professional services is advantageous.
