Our 50-strong National Engineering Team is led by an inspirational manager, who is passionate about team development, delivering best-in-class solutions, and continuous improvement.  The team has many examples of people who have developed their careers within Acrow, with a depth of internal experience within our Senior Engineers and Team Leaders. 

Our design team creates solutions for some of the largest and most complex projects in the State.  Based at our National Head Office in Revesby, the team is now seeking a new Draftsperson or Design Engineer.

The fundamentals:

  • Some experience in design and drafting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, problem-solver and solutions-generator
  • Working knowledge of basic structural computations and design software packages
  • Proactive team player
