What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
There are performance reviews during each year that give opportunities for career progression, pay increases and bonuses. This is quite good since it gives plenty of chance to be recognised for the work you have been doing.

Pay is quite considerate for a graduate. Unsure how it compares within the consulting industry though.

While there are other companies offering higher pays, the pay at Accenture is decent for myself, a lot of the value is intangible (e.g. learning opportunities, which most are paid for by the company). Grads do not get bonuses, as Accenture says its pay is competitive already in the market.

The company priorities higher pay over bonuses, which I am happy with.
Graduate, Canberra - 08 Nov 2022
Good reward system, although I think given the level and intensity of work they do, managers and above do not earn as much as they should.

I like most of it, but it could be improved with the processes involved.

Starting rate feels low but salary increases are good.
