In my experience, I have found that my management team are usually fairly accessible and like to encourage newer employees to step up and be involved in presenting for clients and also for the company on behalf of our specialisation area. They pay close attention to how you have been contributing to the company and client and provide valuable feedback. Note that this is my experience, this may be dependent on the specific managers and what team you are in.

Management is lacking in some areas within the company and within projects. Some are more fortunate than others when they are assigned leads and their support team

Leadership is global - literally and metaphorically very far and irrelevant to us. Local leadership is good.

There are multiple managers - all good so far

It's sad but managers and mentor rarely have the time to teach or mentor you as they have other priorities.

My managers in my current project have been great and supportive, they are very helpful in wanting me to learn and keep growing.

I am satisfied with my manager, he really cares for me and does what he can for me. If I need help from him, I'll just give him a ping on Teams, and we set up a meeting. The only small issue is that he is also part of the 'system', there at times things he wish that he could do for me, but he just couldn't do.

My project leads/managers are awesome in every aspect, that is all.

I have had many informal conversations and interactions with managers and I've felt comfortable and supported.

They just sort of delegate things, and leave it entirely up to you to figure out.

All managers or higher ups are willing to communicate and help you out, but you do have to remember that they are very busy.

I believe all managers I have dealt with so far have been very approachable and always got back to me with the answer.

Satisfaction with management would depend who has been assigned to you, as such people have mixed experiences. But the manager that has been assigned to me is great, easily accessible and he is very supportive.

They care about us and put in the time and effort to show it. Easy approachable people who give solid advice and recognition.

It really depends on who the manager is. most of the leadership are great. ask for feedback frequently (1-2 weeks) and always ask where you can improve

My MD, supervisor and people lead are all accessible, supportive and give regular feedback and recognition

Managers are very accessible and make excellent mentors. Career leads are extremely supportive and are invested in their mentees. Positive feedback is readily given, which is helpful for career growth.
