The important bits

Successful candidates will:

  • Be a graduate of any degree with a passion for change and technology.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
  • Be a student in their final year at university or have graduated within the last two years at the time of application.
  • Be a strategic and creative problem-solver who is quick to learn.
  • Be a strong communicator with leadership potential.
  • Be a team player who can build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • For roles within Technology, have a basic understanding of programming languages.

It’s a plus if applicants have:

  • Excellent coding skills in more than one language.
  • Experience in contributing to open-source projects or existing codebases.
  • A basic understanding of systems architecture.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in Dev Ops and Agile ways of working.
