Your role

Abbott values customer satisfaction and ensures that you go the extra mile to deliver high standards of service and satisfaction to its customers.

In this customer-centric role, you will be responsible for completing day-to-day supply chain tasks including:

  • Processing customer orders for domestic and international customers
  • Informing customers about order status, backorders, unexpected delays, part shipments, and product issues
  • Handling inbound phone calls to the main numbers
  • Handling emails to general customer service email accounts
  • Analysing and resolving escalated customer issues
  • Liaising with transport companies including domestic couriers and freight forwarders
  • Data entry, backorder, credit, and invoice management
  • Providing outstanding assistance and advice to external and internal customers
  • Building solid relationships with customers and other areas of Abbott

About you
