Your role

You would be providing clinical study team administrative support to ensure compliance to study protocol, Good Clinical Practice, applicable regulatory standards and Abbott Standard Operating Procedures.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Assisting with coordinating all the necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study, which could include setting up and maintaining regulatory binders and study files, reviewing and tracking study and site documents, preparing document templates and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions as required
  • Processing payment approval reports, sending requests to sites for invoices and maintaining payment tracking
  • Supporting the team in preparation for monitoring visits such as review of internal regulatory files, case report forms, open findings and running data reports for assigned studies and assisting with the development of study site communications and mailings as well as sending relevant materials to sites
  • Attending project-related meetings, scheduling rooms, setting up teleconferences and write minutes
  • Assist sites with resolving queries promptly and assist with the satisfactory close-out of investigator sites
  • Managing the device receipt, use and return. Ensure the disposition of unused product comply with regulatory requirement and are following the sponsor

About you

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biomedical engineering, science, nursing or study coordinator experience
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer and in using various PC-based software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar word processing/spreadsheet software
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
